- For accounts with no assets and the automatic features disabled, use the email address registered to your account to send a request to reset phone/GA verification to support@toobit.com. Include the account UID and a description of the request. The customer service team will process the request within 1 business day.
- For accounts with assets and/or the automatic features enabled, use the email address registered to your account to send a request to support@toobit.com. Attach with the email a photo of yourself holding your ID/Passport and include in the photo the date and purpose of your submitted request written on a piece of paper (e.g. 2020/01/01, reset phone/GA). The customer support team will process the request once the information you provided is verified.
If you cannot send a request with the email address registered to your account, please provide the relevant account information (applicant name/institution name, etc.) to verify that the account owner is you. Attach with the email a photo of yourself holding your ID Document (the document must match the one you provided for your identity verification) and include in the photo the date and purpose of your submitted request written on a piece of paper (e.g. 2020/01/01, reset phone/GA). Once the request has been verified, the customer support will help you change the registered email or other security settings.
