What are the criteria to become a Toobit Affiliate?
- Social media influencer with 2,000+ followers or subscribers, able to build a crypto-relevant social media audience or loyal following by consistently delivering quality crypto-related information and updates, seasoned traders with rich management experience, or you have a crypto social media account (i.e., Twitter, TikTokers, Youtube, Discord accounts).

Community with 500+ members, engagement, and discussions about multiple crypto-related topics (i.e., crypto trading analysis, user experience, or updates about crypto spaces) and have enough free time to be active in the community for a long time, active and enthusiastic.

Terms and Conditions:
- Applicants will be reviewed based on their crypto-oriented community or social media accounts they provide below. Once you meet our requirements, the Toobit internal team will reach out to you. The previous month's data will be counted on the 5th of each month, and rewards will be distributed.

All the data will be recalculated on the 1st of each month and do not accumulate to the next month.
- The first deposit bonus must be more than 20 USDT and is only accessible when you make an on-chain crypto deposit. Internal transfers within the platform do not count.
- The first deposit bonus is only accessible when you make an on-chain crypto deposit. Internal transfers within the platform do not count. Users must deposit crypto and ensure no withdrawal or transfer within 7 days after the deposit.
- Toobit does not allow any affiliate member to solicit an existing Toobit user to create a new account to become their referee. If Toobit determines that an affiliate has manipulated the referral process, then the affiliate’s membership will be downgraded, and the commission rate will be reduced to 0%.
- The Toobit KOL needs to actively promote and maintain Toobit, actively promote the daily activities of Toobit within the group, and keep the group active.
- If Toobit determines that an affiliate conducts any damaging and/or defamatory behavior toward Toobit, their membership and qualification will be terminated, with their commission rate reduced to 0%.
- Toobit reserves the right to retrieve all referral commissions that have been distributed to affiliates’ accounts. Including but not limited to the following scenarios:
- Affiliate posts false Toobit-related information or negative comments about Toobit on social media;
- Affiliate directs users to claim compensation from Toobit;
- Affiliate endorses themselves by using misleading words, especially Toobit related, including but not limited to terms such as "partnership", "cooperation", "association", etc.
9. Toobit reserves the right to disqualify users from participating in the Affiliate Program and revoke any commissions from users who engage in dishonest or abusive activity to earn commissions. This includes bulk account registrations to obtain additional bonuses, using phishing websites containing referral links, posting referral links as advertisements on search engines, and any other activity that can be deemed unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.
10. Toobit reserves the right to cancel or amend the Affiliate Program or program rules at any time at its sole discretion.
11. Toobit has the sole discretion to decide and determine whether an affiliate will be entitled to earn any commissions and reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. If you have any questions, please contact support@toobit.com.
12. If the system detects that a user has deleted their existing account to create a new one so they can benefit from the referral program, Toobit reserves the right to terminate all referral commissions earned by this user.
