| 2. Rewards for Activity 2 [European Cup Trading Competition] will be distributed within 10 days after the end of the event. |
| 3. During the event, users trading with bonuses will have their trading volume adjusted based on the bonus amount multiplied by 100x leverage. Your ranking will be recalculated based on the adjusted trading volume. |
| 4. Trading rewards will consider all eligible futures trading volumes (both opening and closing) during the event. Only futures trading volumes with fees greater than 0 will be counted. Total accumulated futures trading volume = opening + closing trading volumes. |
| 5. The trading leaderboards are updated daily at 1:00 UTC. Only trading volumes exceeding 20,000 USDT with stage1 and a positive PNL with stage 2will be listed; otherwise, it will display as "--". |
| 6. Profit = [Account Final Equity (incl. unrealized P&L and/or bonus) - Account Initial Equity (incl. unrealized P&L and/or bonus) + Withdrawal amount during the competition - Deposit amount during the competition] |
| 7. Initial Equity: At the beginning of the competition, if a user's wallet balance in a specific contract currency is at least 100 USDT for more than five (5) minutes, the system will record that balance as the initial equity for the competition. |
| 8. In Activity 2 [European Cup Trading Competition], if two or more users have the same trading volume and PnL, the ranking will be determined based on the users' registration time, with earlier registrations taking precedence. |
| 9. For Activity 2 [European Cup Trading Competition], the prize pool will be dynamically allocated based on the total number of participants. The more participants in the event, the higher the total prize pool amount. |
| 10. For Activity 2 [European Cup Trading Competition], users must achieve a minimum USDT-margined contract trading volume of $20,000 or have a positive PnL (USD) during the event period to be eligible for rewards. |
| 11. For Activity 3 [Daily Lucky Draw], participants can earn 1 draw chance for every $75,000 USDT of daily futures trading volume, and each person can accumulate up to 3 draw chances per day. The number of draws for the day will reset to zero at 00:00 (UTC) the following day, allowing participants to continue trading to earn new draw chances. The draw for flight tickets + Euro Cup finals tickets is limited to the first 15 days before the event starts. |
| 12. All participating users must strictly abide by the Toobit terms of service. The following behaviors will immediately disqualify you from participating: mass registration of accounts, malicious brushing, volume matching, multi-account operations and self-buying, and selling. |
| 13. If we detect multiple accounts with the same IP address or UID, all offending accounts will be disqualified. |
| 14. If the same trading strategy behavior is detected, or if users frequently place and cancel orders every minute, they will be disqualified from the competition. |
| 15. Where any discrepancy arises between the translated and original English versions, the English version shall prevail. |
