Following our announcement regarding discontinuation of services in Hong Kong, the following arrangements will be made:

Account Withdrawal: Existing users must withdraw their account assets from Toobit by 31 July 2024.

Trading Suspension: Starting from 1st July 2024, users in Hong Kong will no longer be able to conduct any trading activities, including spot trading, futures trading, and buy crypto with a credit card.

Deposit Restriction: Starting from 1st July 2024, users in Hong Kong will not be able to make any deposits. Any attempted deposits will not be credited to your account, so please be aware to avoid potential asset loss.
Specific arrangements and details will be notified via official announcements, e-mails, in-app notifications, etc. The details on cessation of account registration WILL NOT be sent by text messages. Do note that the final explanation is subject to the official announcement. Therefore, we also kindly remind you to stay alert and do not fall for scams.
