Introducing Small Balance Conversion on Toobit Web and App – Toobit

Dear Toobit users,

We’re thrilled to announce a new feature aimed at enhancing your trading experience on Toobit: Small Balance Conversion!

We understand that users with assets below the minimum transaction volume often find themselves with unsellable balances that can only be shelved, limiting their ability to use their funds. To improve user experience and offer more flexibility, we have implemented the Small Balance Conversion feature. This allows you to convert your small balances directly into USDT, giving your assets a new lease on life!

This feature has been developed to meet user needs and is supported on both our Web and App. Here are simplified guides we have prepared for our users in order to use our new feature with ease:

For Toobit Web

1. Log into Your Account: Visit the Toobit website and log into your account.

2. Navigate to Your Spot Account: Go to your Spot Account page.

3. Find the Small Balance Conversion Function: Look for the conversion function entry point.

4. View Convertible Assets: The web interface will show you a list of convertible assets, sorted in descending order by USDT valuation.

5. Select Assets: All assets are unchecked by default. You can check the boxes next to the assets you wish to convert.

6. Convert to USDT: Click on the Convert button

7. Final Confirmation: Confirm the conversion to complete the process.

For Toobit App

1. Access the Spot Account Page: Log in to your Toobit too and navigate to your Spot Account.

2. Locate the Small Balance Convert Every Point: Find the small covert function every point on the Spot Account page

3. View Convertible Assets: The app will display a list of convertible assets, sorted by their USDT valuation.

4. Select Assets for Conversion: You can select specific assets by checking the corresponding boxes. To select all, click the "Select All" checkbox at the top.

5. Convert to USDT: Once you select your assets, the convert button will become active. Tap the button, and a secondary confirmation window will pop up.

6. Confirm the Conversion: Review the details and confirm the conversion.

Please do note that:

Small Balance Conversion enables users to convert cryptocurrencies valued at 3 USDT or less into USDT, with a maximum transaction limit of 15 USDT and a frequency restriction of one conversion per 24 hours.
Some cryptocurrencies do not support small balance conversion for the time being. Please refer to the details of the small asset balance conversion interface for more information.
Only cryptocurrencies with price fluctuations within 5% in the last 24 hours are eligible for conversion.
