If you are using a virtual email address, simply enter the "virtual email account."

A virtual email cannot be logged into a sub-account. A master account is required to create an API for a sub-account.
3. What are the Settings of the Sub-account?

Total Asset Valuation: You can view the balances of all sub-accounts displayed in both BTC and USDT values.

The main account can "Freeze/Delete sub-accounts and Force logout" by changing the status. When a sub-account is frozen, it will be unable to log in to the platform for trading and using the API.

Simply click "Transfer" to quickly transfer assets between your main account and sub-accounts without any fees. (To create an API, please contact support@toobit.com)

API Management: To create a sub-account API KEY, go to "API Management" and click "New API". You can also edit the sub-account API permissions here.

Sub-account Order Management: You can check "Open Orders", "Order History", and "Trade History" of all your sub-accounts. You can also filter orders by order types, directions and trading pairs.

* Can an unverified account create a sub-account?
Yes, unverified accounts can also create sub-accounts.
* Is the security verification the same as the main account?
a. Sub-accounts do not support independent identity verification and share the same security verification as the main account.
b. The sub-account email can differ from the main account, and a new phone number can be linked; not binding a phone number will not affect functionality.
c. Google Authenticator for sub-accounts are separate from the main account.
* What are the limitations of sub-account features?
a. Sub-accounts support spot and futures trading, with asset transfers available between sub-accounts and the main account.
b. Sub-accounts do not support withdrawals. Assets must first be transferred to the main account to withdraw funds.
c. Deposits are supported, but sub-account deposit notifications are not sent by email. Note that only the main account will receive notifications.
d. Creating sub-accounts is a web-only function for now. Please stay tuned for when this function is available for our app.
* Do sub-accounts benefit from the same fee rates as the main account?
Sub-accounts can maintain the same fee rate as the main account.
* Can I transfer assets from one sub-account to another sub-account?
Yes, you can use your main account to transfer assets between sub-accounts. But, the sub-account itself cannot perform such an internal transfer.
* What is the maximum number of sub-accounts that can be created ?
Each Toobit main account can support up to 10 sub-accounts. The sub-account feature is available to all registered Toobit users and becomes permanently active once activated.
* Do sub-accounts support commission sharing?
No, sub-account trading fees are shared with the main account at the same rate.
* Can I use sub-accounts to participate in promotional events?
Sub-accounts, market makers, institutional users, contract API users, and other special account types are generally excluded from promotional events. Event announcements will specify any account types that are ineligible to participate; therefore, please refer to the event details for more information.
