(2) We will process your request within 7 to 15 working days. If recovering funds is particularly challenging, the actual processing time may be extended.
(3) Due to the varying nature of uncredited assets, once your request is processed successfully, the assets may be credited to your Toobit spot account or refunded as per your request.
(4) A recovery fee of 20 USDT will be charged or temporarily frozen, as asset recovery requires significant resources and third-party assistance. (In certain special deposit cases, 20 USDT may be refunded or waived after verification by our specialist. Please refer to the verification outcome for the final resolution.)

Here are some common reasons why your deposit may not have been credited:
a. Check the status of your deposit on the withdrawal platform for detailed information.
b. Confirm whether the coin is listed on the Toobit platform.
c. Ensure that Toobit supports the chain or network used for the deposit.
d. Verify that the deposit address matches the one provided by Toobit, as some coins may require an additional memo/tag. Please ensure that this is correctly filled in.
e. Confirm that your deposit amount meets Toobit's minimum deposit requirement.
3. Reasons to Apply for a Return
Here are a few situations where you can apply for a return via Recover Recharge Not Credited:
(1) Blockchain Network Congestion or Delay
Network congestion typically occurs when a high volume of transactions must be processed, resulting in delays and affecting transaction timeliness. Please be patient in such cases. You may use Txid to check the transaction status.
(2) Pending Network Confirmation / Status: Unconfirmed
