⚠️ Disqualification & Penalty Rules
🔒 Zero tolerance for dishonest behavior:

Any fake tasks, fake engagement, copy-paste spam, or dishonest methods will lead to immediate penalty, removal from bonuses, or full disqualification.
📉 Consistent underperformance will not be tolerated:

If a Titan ranks last in back-to-back monthly evaluations (2 months in a row), the 3rd month's salary will be cut by 70%.

If they rank last again in the 3rd consecutive month, they will be permanently disqualified from the program.
