We are aware of an article circulating misinformation about Toobit’s operations and sponsorship activities, particularly regarding our presence in Dubai. We would like to address these claims.
No TOKEN2049 Sponsorship Claim
Toobit has never claimed to be a sponsor of TOKEN2049 Dubai. We were not listed, nor did we promote ourselves as such. Any suggestion that we misrepresented our participation is factually incorrect. Our presence in Dubai was as sponsors of Crypto Fight Night, which took place in conjunction with TOKEN2049 Dubai.
No Dubai Entity or Employees
We do not operate a Dubai office, nor do we have a legal entity, or local employees based in Dubai. We have never stated otherwise.
No Operations in Dubai
As we do not conduct business operations within Dubai or target Dubai residents as a regional base, we are not subject to local licensing requirements.
Published Proof of Reserves
Toobit's proof of reserves is publicly available and regularly updated through CoinMarketCap. We are committed to transparency, financial accountability, and safeguarding user assets. Our reserves are independently verified through third-party channels, and we undergo regular security assessments by blockchain security firms—including Hacken, Beosin, and Elliptic—to ensure a secure and reliable trading environment for all users.
Regulation, Sponsorship in Other Regions
Toobit has actively supported blockchain development globally, including as a sponsor of Web3 Amsterdam and Dutch Blockchain Week. Having only recently acquired our Polish license, we remain committed to contributing to the industry in regulated, compliant environments.
User Complaints and Platform Accountability
Like all established platforms, we take user concerns seriously. Allegations such as “theft” or “fraud” are categorically false and defamatory. We encourage any user with concerns to contact our verified support team directly through our platform. We maintain rigorous internal processes to review withdrawal requests, investigate abuse, and ensure platform integrity.
We urge the public to be cautious of sensationalist content that misrepresents facts and could mislead users.
