Step 1:
Visit the Toobit Deposit Platform and click Recharge Not Credited. Click Here on the lower right corner of the page.
Step 2:
Click on the checkbox to select the status of this deposit on the counterparty's withdrawal platform. Next, click the Next Step button.
Note: If the deposit isn't done or failed, please wait or contact the other platform. The funds aren't with Toobit yet.
Step 3:
Fill in the application to submit a report:
(1) Select the coin you deposited in. If you cannot find it in the list, type the coin name in the search bar. Make sure the spelling is accurate and no characters are missing.
(2) Enter the deposit amount. Please enter the exact amount (up to eight decimals of precision).
(3) Select the deposit network.
(4) Enter the Transaction ID / Transaction Hash.
(5) Upload your Order Screenshot.
(6) You can choose to return the funds to the original address or a specified address.
(7) Click Submit.
Your request will be forwarded to the relevant department for processing. Please note that processing your application may take up to 10 working days.
Important Notes
(1) A recovery fee of 20 USDT will be charged or frozen due to the significant amount of resources, time, and third-party assistance required for asset recovery. In certain cases after verification, our specialist may refund the 20 USDT or provide free recovery services. The details will depend on the actual verification results.
(2) The TxID must be traceable on a blockchain explorer.
(3) Toobit will make every effort to assist in recovering your assets. However, due to the complexity of blockchain networks, we cannot guarantee the full recovery of assets in all cases.
